I always thought Eli did a better job calling basketball than football, but I'm sure that job is a little more labor intensive and pays less. Sure hope Eli gets back to good health soon though. It's hard to follow pesky little details like downs and distance, but by gosh, you know what color pants they're wearing and what color "piping" the pants have on them. I like Chris Stewart too but don't care much for his announcing style. Course, it has been a pretty good while since I actually listened to a Bama football game since most all of them are televised these days...
