Good start to the second half, other than the near interception. Milroe is not a good passer, and doesn’t appear to be getting more comfortable.

I have to agree.  As long as our defense keeps playing well and we don’t turn the ball over we should get out of the game.  Let’s hope we get Young back next week.

Turnovers.  Missed makeable field goals.  If we get out of this with a win we have a LOT of work to do before Tennessee.

Four turnovers and two missed FG’s. This has all the elements of a Bama loss in the Saban era. Defense is keeping us in the game.

Bama did everything they could to give this one away. Thankful A&M couldn't take advantage.

Hopefully Bryce is ready to go next week and the turnovers can be fixed. Tennessee is legit.

Looking forward, no doubt the transfer portal will be needed for a 2023 QB.  Even if Milroe looks good in upcoming games, no way Saban has confidence in him leading us to a championship next year.

Milroe has heart and talent, but passing skills and ball security are issues.

I can't remember Bama collapsing like this. If it continues we might be headed for two future losses.

Winning ugly doesn't look good on us, but it beats losing. Our chances at UT will be tough enough with Bryce. I don't even want to think about the odds without him. We were lucky last night.

START LOOKING FOR A QUARTERBACK THROUGH THE PORTAL.  WE NEED HELP ASAP.

I'll say this for Milroe - he kept his composure through the mistakes and made enough plays for Bama to win.

Also, I recall that Mac Jones' first start against a mediocre Auburn team was a disaster that didn't give us much confidence leading into the 2020 season.

Good point, Phil. Sometimes it's good to having growing pains. Let's just hope he's fully grown by game time if he has to start.  :lol2:
