Quote
TUSCALOOSA, Alabama - Six down. Six to go.
Alabama has reached the halfway point of its 2011 regular season, and it's right where it wants and needs to be: 6-0 overall, 3-0 in the Southeastern Conference, No. 2 in The Associated Press poll and No. 3 in the USA Today coaches' poll. The first BCS standings of the season will come out Sunday.
The Crimson Tide is coming off a 34-0 victory over Vanderbilt. Next up is a 5 p.m. CDT game Saturday (ESPN2) at Ole Miss (2-3, 0-2), which like the Commodores will face Alabama coming off a bye week.

I just don't want the Team to think of this as a "speed bump". I hope they're stoked come Saturday.

We'll put the blade down on the dozer and plow right through them. 49-3

I like the way you think. I think Smitty would approve also.

I really hope that CNS emphasizes how poorly we played during the 1st half last week and keeps reminding them that if they dare to overlook Ole Miss, that we will likely suffer our first loss.
Humility - it's what great teams are made of.

Me too (not the humility part; the hope part).
