The BCS folks and supporters should be happy because, based on the same scenario, it is the biggest benefactor. The SEC, home of the past five national champions, has the top two teams in the rankings and a good chance of at least having one of its teams play for a sixth straight crown. The Big 12 can suggest it remains a viable league and point to its teams at the No. 3 and No. 4 spots to support the claim. The Alabama-LSU loser will hope for circumstances that would create a rematch in the national title game. The BCS expert was on showing what would happen as to the other bowls, if 2 SEC teams play for NC. Hard rule that no more than 2 teams from a conference can get in--AQ or at large.
