Right after I posted this I saw a story in the local paper where a guy on the registered sex offenders list was arrested for molesting 2 girls under the age of 12.  He was originally convicted in 1995 for the same thing.  You cannot rehabilitate these people, therefore you should disarm them to prevent them from torturing new victims.

As to the surgical precision and antibacterial environs... a rusty hatchet and a stump would work just fine as far as I'm concerned.  Maybe a big uppercut first for anestesia so they don't squirm so much.  Then tie their hands to their feet, and hang them by their waste in the shower room of cell block 8 for 2 hours every day, just low enough for them to stand on their tip toes.

Within a decade, I guarantee this behavior would be practically non-existant.

Castration or death penalty truly is the only solution to this problem. I wasn't in law enforcement but 3 years, but I saw stuff in court with these a**hole offenders that would make your hair stand up. Fact is, you can't keep these animals in prison forever. Guess what happens when they get out? Yep, they do it again. I have a situation in my family where this has happened and getting law enforcement to engage in arresting the sorry motheryouknowwhat has been a futile attempt. It happened in Georgia and apparently the county in which it happened doesn't really give a sh*t. My family member has spent thousands trying to gain custody of these kids and to have the offender arrested. As of now, only temporary custody has been granted, and the worthless POS is still free.

SC, you're right, and if they would give me the rusty knife, I would do the job with no regrets, to any offender, anytime, anywhere, E-cred to you.

Unfortunately, this is not the solution.  There was a study done and the perps ended up using "objects" to molest the children since their equip wouldn't work.  It's hurting the innocent as much as a sexual gratification thing.  You know what that means?  Yup, Fire up Yellow Mama.

Child molesters are the only category of criminal which doen't slow down with age. There are cases of 80+ year old men molesting children. This is what makes them so dangerous and pervasive, they never change. If we could start using the Yellow Mama, say 2 times a week on these creeps, we could fix this problem in a few years, assuming you all wouldn't mind paying more for the electicity the state would be using.
