Thanks Jody. We, as Bama fans, have been blessed that the hiring of CNS has proven out to be what we all had dreamed of having, another championship caliber program, it was a long wait for us during those infamous probation years.  :clap:

Changing the subject, but why do you think Spurrier hung so long with Garcia? The Connor Shaw kid looks like the real deal, but now all those players to support him are graduating. Huge screw-up by Spurrier in my opinion. Just wondering.

Spurrier has always liked Connor Shaw, but he couldn't move the ball against East Carolina, so he ended up on the bench until Garcia's latest bender.

Not sure why he hung so long with him.  Garcia showed flashes of greatness, but I think football was as important as it should have been to him.  The offense will be better next year, I think.  We lose Alshon, but usually have another receiver step in and take over.  We have two freshman coming in that should make a huge impact with Shaq Roland and Kwinton Smith.
