Title: Easier links in posts Post by: SUPERCOACH on March 19, 2011, 05:46:57 PM I have just added some code to the server that should make it easier to create friendly word links in your posts. Now all you have to do is insert the url directly into the post. You do not have to use the url button or bb code. When you do this the server will detect it and convert it over to a link that says "Click here for link" instead of showing the full url.
If you know how to create word links, you can still do that if you want. This allows you to specify something other than "Click here for link". This new code will only kick in for links that are inserted directly into the post without the url tag. The reason that I did this is because a lot of urls are so long that they mess up the formatting of the page when they don't wrap around to the next line.
