These computer rankings are dependent upon formulas developed by 6 different groups, mathematicians. They plug in the raw data (formulae) and calculate-- then are averaged. But the BCS is not privy to the formulas or the calculation process. If I was a conspiracy kook and wanted to make a name for myself, I would start here. HTH
