Freeze was promoted from offensive coordinator to replace Steve Roberts after the 2010 season. The book doesn't paint him favorably. It was already released that a man here in Houston got Archie's old cell phone and got a text from a man named Hugh Freeze who said he wanted to be considered for the OM job. At this point being a Vandy fan has gotta feel better than being a rebel.

You have no clue of what kind of recruiter he is. Ever since they fired Cutcliffe, Ole Miss has just screwed up every coaching hire.

Might be a good coach, but that's a flimsy resume for the SEC.
