If he struggled to win in the SEC least, how will he do in the West? His recruiting wars would not be any easier. Instead of just fighting Bama and Florida and the boogs, he would be fighting Bama, the boogs, LSU, and Texas. He would be wise to stay where he is, or maybe leave the SEC altogether.

It might be sweet justice for him to make the move, taking UGA to a 10-3 record and everybody loving him after wanting his head after starting 0-2. "Hey, UGA fans, think I stink? How do I smell from College Station?"

That said, Richt might benefit from a change in scenery and TAM can pay big bucks.
