Before that, he starred at Washington, where he played for two seasons with Nussmeier as the Huskies' quarterbacks coach and offensive coordinator. "Coach Nussmeier is a great guy, first and foremost," Locker said. "He is someone you can count on both on and off the field." "He obviously knows the game really well and does a great job of teaching it to his players," Locker said.
