In 2004 I carried my neece to an Alabama football game. My neece was a senior in high school. She had one of her girlfriends with her. We all set together. Her girlfriend was Daniel Moore's daughter.

The university wastes money on lawsuits like this, and looks like a money-hungry bully in the process.  I've seen a few other similar instances -- whoever is in charge of university legal policy seems unconcerned about the millions in legal fees spent, as if it is a vehicle to kick money to a favored private firm.
