[gives thumbs up] This good news is on the injury front, and your mascot is out of surgery and in the process of recovery. The 8-year-old blue-tick coonhound – his friends call him Smokey – had his torn ACL repaired and the operation went off without a hitch. The surgery was performed by Dr. Darryl Millis at the UT Veterinary Medical Center and took approximately 2.5 hours. I had something similiar happen to a dog back in 1997. Had to put him down because of his injury and age. I thought it was sad when UGA died a few years back from a heart condition. That UGA was like only 4 years old. I think he was the one that snapped at the barn player. Good boy! I get so attached to dogs I wasn't sure I wanted another one.
We had a calico cat named "Pookie"! Around January 2006 a coyote got her. My neighbor found her remains in his backyard and that is what it looked like happened. I have personally seen a coyote near my neighborhood. Love the picture of dale, great looking dog. Get another dog, its worth it. I have a chocolate lab named Sam.

I don' t think she got his autograph. UT Vet school is great and if you have a dog with a real serious condition I recommend it highly.
