There's no doubt he has good size and after watching him play in the fall he seems to have a good arm, but he also fumbled a few times while scrambling or running with the football. He seemed to have a very accurate arm on the short and medium distance passes which is what Bama likes to do and did have some good distance on his long passes as far as arm strenght is concerned.

The big question is can he be mentally tough enough for the CNS system, can he be willing to wait his turn in the rotation without becoming disgruntled due to the lack of playing time, only time will tell.

Correct you are, Jamos: "If you believe in yourself and have dedication and pride - and never quit..."

There wa another article about Morris yesterday that I read. Sounded positive.

UAB would whine about that $64 million HS stadium in blog.

CNS and his staff recruit elite players that are mostly 4 and 5 star players. When they sign a 3 star star recruit like Alec Morris they see something in him that most recruiters don't see. The 3 stars that CNS has signed at Alabama have been very good players for us. Morris has good size, strong arm and football smarts. He has a tremendous potential. The QB position in the CNS system needs to be in the program for a few years. CNS inherited John Parker Wilson but everone else has had to wait their turn. Even Wilson was a grayshirt and redshirt waiting behind Brody Cryole before CNS arrived. Morris needs to come in with a good attitude and be willing to work hard and learn the system. If he does that and he is patient he will get his chance to be the starter before he graduates.

I like his height, and size. He might gain strength and be hard to sack so easy. I can agree what was said before, if CNS recruited him as a 3* you better bet he sees some great talent in there somewhere. Our trick plays where our QB goes out in a WR position he would be a help too. He is tall enough to catch a pass. I wonder what Coach Nussmeir thinks about him? RTR!
