Keenan Allen may be a quality receiver, but the rest of the Cal team....not so hot. Keenan Allen was a can't-miss recruit, but his drama (self-promotion antics) got tiring. This year Jameis Winston seems intent on emulating KA. Wonder where he'll be in 2 years...
