Quote
The NFL Scouting Combine, set for February 22-28 in Indianapolis, has published the complete list of players invited for organized workouts before NFL scouts.

Alabama leads the Southeastern Conference with nine players invited.

Georgia and LSU follow with eight apiece. All 12 current SEC schools have players going to the combine.

Altogether, a total of 328 players have been extended invitations.

UPDATE: Upon further review, Alabama leads ALL SCHOOLS in invitations. No other school has more than nine.

Can we claim yet another national championship with this?

I'm surprised Vlachos didn't get an invite. You think he might get a shot somewhere? I think Smelley and J Harris might get invited to camp as well.

Vlachos was on local radio the week before Senior Bowl.

He said on final play of BCS NCG he went to up Eddie Lacy who was holding the football and asked him for the gameball. Eddie gave it to him.

Vlachos said he had the football in a display case at his home.

Cool!
