I liked it when he said it doesn't matter if a player is a freshman or a senior because it's all about what they are giving to the team. I also think that this mentality of CAG is very visible with this team and it should send a message to all of the high schoolers this year that are looking for a good basketball program to become a part of. If there is one thing certain of CAG as a coach, he practices what he preaches. RTR!!! :clap:

He is all business. I think he likes where this team is at right now. He seems at ease and confident. We are playing our best basketball of the year.

Smack dab in the middle of getting this team to relax while playing with confidence, CAG rips apart what little bits and pieces of upper classman leadership were left. Tourney selections looming, he chose (or his hand was forced) to pick a critical stretch for the suspensions. His coaching career and the stuff legends are built from, are being established alongside the principles and life lessons that will be the cornerstone of his coaching philosophy. RTR |
