Title: Four Alabama players picked as preseason All-Americans Post by: pmull on March 24, 2011, 02:43:00 PM TUSCALOOSA -- Four Alabama players were placed on the GoDaddy.com 2011 Preseason All-America Team announced Thursday. Alabama right guard Barrett Jones and strong safety Mark Barron were first-team selections. Alabama free safety Robert Lester was a second-team selection, and running back Trent Richardson was a third-team selection. Alabama linebacker Dont'a Hightower and center William Vlachos were named honorable mention.

He refuses to go down. It takes the whole defense at times to get him down. I keep having flash backs to that great run he had against Arkansas as a true freshman.

I think Hightower is even more likely to be All SEC and All American. Hightower is on a mission to show he is back and Lester just gets better every game and he's a big play guy.
