Through 5 innings Jury has given up 2 hits, 1 BB, and struck out 6.

Bama coming to bat in bottom of 5th with a good chance for a run rule victory.

Looks like Jury runs out of steam.  After 2 quick outs gives up 3 runs in top of 6th.

Coming to bat in bottom of 6th Bama leads 7-3.

Bama has done well so far this season and the real season begins now as Bama will travel to Kentucky this weekend to start their conference play. CPM and coaches have done a good job in getting all of the players a lot of playing time in the nonconference games and it will pay dividends as the season progresses.

I think the biggest improvement that I have seen since the season began is the pitching. Lately, Traina has looked like a solid starter and Jury is starting to get the feel for big time softball as her pitching confidence seems so much better. The SEC is tough, as there are no easy games with any of the conference teams and Bama will really be tested to win the conference title. Roll Tide!!
