Quote
Miami defensive back Artie Burns ...

"Yes I did (decommit from Alabama)," Burns told BamaOnline. "My top schools are FSU, UM (Miami), USC (Southern Cal), Louisiville, and LSU. I'm just going to keep working and I would let the nation know where I'm going on signing day."

Hmmm. Something about this has a bad odor to it, maybe Bama dropped him before he dropped Bama.  ???

I wonder too.
But it would be sour grapes to draw conclusions.  Let's just say, "Good luck to you, son.  Roll Tide."

It could be that he saw his competition and came to realize that he may not play right away. These kids want instant playing time now days. They don't want to do the work and pay their dues. Good luck to him. CNS and staff do not seem to have any trouble finding 25 good players each year that WANT to play for Alabama.
