Wisconsin v. Syracuse is a great game, on CBS now. Watching these teams, I have say: 2014 is the Year (for Bama) These are some great basketball teams. Bama has a lot of work ahead of it if it is going to be this good. I know some of y'all are looking forward to next year, and Bama will be better next year, but it takes steps, tournament experience, seasoning to develop a champion. He could not have been more wrong. 2010 was so NOT the year, and he would have been right with EITHER 2009 -or- 2011, and he goes with 2010. He could not have been more wrong. 2010 was so NOT the year, and he would have been right with EITHER 2009 -or- 2011, and he goes with 2010. that's right , and what killed me was he was famous all over the interwebs for being wrong, well for that and his anti Bama attitude ... he would argue till the death he was right though , that also killed me ... what to talk about a chit stirrer ... he was a 300 horse Yamaha in the septic tank if I've ever saw one ! I still believe he lived in Georgia and not Colorado ... as we say in the south .... I remember hoping Antonio McDyess would stay at Bama for another year, but watching his dominant play in the NCAAs, I was both pleased and saddened, and McDyess left after his sophomore year. |
