Good to see him playing well. Bud fell off the pace. He is -1 and tied for 29th, but at least made the cut.

Tiger is starting to separate from the field. 3 stroke lead after 12. Bud is tied for 10th at -5 and Michael Thompson is at +2.

Tiger hit OB on 15 to bring himself back to the field. A 4 shot lead is down to 1. Windy conditions kept scoring high today. Other than that one hole, he has looked good.

How is Bud Cauley doing?

Bud is looking good. T-10th @ -5.

Cauley hasn't played well in his last two tournaments, looks like he's been on the practice range with a little help standing along side of him.  :clap:

I'd sure like to see him finish in the top 10.

I'm ready for Tiger to win a tournament; then the Master's will be fun again.

Tiger is having a good tournament. He is -14 with a 4 shot lead after the front nine. He looks to be in full control of his game today.

Bud Cauley is even on the day at -5 thru 13 holes. He is tied for 6th. Not bad for a rookie.

Bud just went to -6 and tied for 3rd.

Bud is in 3rd place alone at -7.  #+

If he can hang on to solo third that will be a big payday.

Will he qualify for the MastersT

Bud finished at -5, currently tied for 3rd.

Tiger would have to completely hand grenade to lose this. Bud is currently tied for 5th. but Ernie is in trouble on 17. Top 50 go to the Masters so Bud isn't in the running unless he is given an invitation by Augusta National. But he will finish at least top 5.

Bud officially finished tied for 4th. Tiger ran away with this. I'm glad he's back. Golf isn't the same without him. He won by 5 strokes. Shades of 2000. Kudos to both Tiger and Bud Cauley.  #+

Bud boggied 17 & 18. Still a good finish.

I am glad Tiger won. The Masters will be a lot of fun if he is in contention. Maybe Mickleson will be there too.

X, you're cracking me up today!  :lol: You been in the purple drank? Have an e-cred, either way. You're right, dd is in meltdown mode right now. The very idea that Tiger winning a tournament, much less by 5 strokes, has to be eating away at his intestinal wall.

This has just generated a great deal of interest in the Masters. CBS is salivating right now because of Tiger's winning. It will be a lot of fun to watch. I think it will be a 3 man race with Tiger, Phil and McIlroy beating up on the rest of the field.
