He has a base of $245,000, his longevity bonus is rolled into his talent bonus which is $5.7 million It will be escalated $50,000 the following year, which will go up to $100,000 every year after that. Basically BOT's added longevity bonus to ensure he stays, new clauses than ever been added at Bama, the bonus will continue as long as Saban KEEPS a position with the dept, whatever the position, like AD All assistant coaches get an extension and a raise New OC Nussmeier $590,000 through 2015 New DC assistant Lance Thompson will get $375,000, also through 2015 (He ain't leaving, gonna be Smart's DC when he takes over BOOK IT!!) CSN did say he will get one in the future.
