Title: Bryant-Jordan scholarship winner Will Cotton has overcome long odds
Post by: Jamos on March 31, 2012, 09:33:53 AM
What a wonderful and touching story. How many times do we read about people that want to blame growing up in a bad home for their reasons of getting into trouble. Where there is a will, there is a way, congratulations to this young man and many kudos to his brother.  #+

"One of my favorite quotes ever is: 'Don't compare your behind-the-scenes to someone else's highlight reel,'" he said. "You just have to learn that there's not going to be anything put in front of you that you can't get over. You have to fight through everything."

This kid's head is screwed on right. Looks like a lot of positive influence from his brother and his high school coach. Good article, J.

Great story.  I wish nothing but the best for this young man.  He deserves it because of his hard work and what life has thrown at him.
