Played organized baseball and football with him as a kid, went to a Braves game with him and some other baseball players, knew him at Grissom HS. He was a big, strong quiet guy that was a lineman at Grissom and Bama. Grissom coaches also used him on short yardage plays as a RB, like Cody or the Fridge.
