He should have felt that just for being passed-out-drunk in public. Case dismissed. Next case. I believe the perpetrator should be criminally prosecuted. I believe that the victim can make a legitimate case for psychological impacts of being sexually assaulted. But public humiliation is hard to argue here. Its like a guy who orders a bowl of roaches at a restaurant and sues when he finds a fly in his bowl. Our Alabama citizen should have had more respect than to do what he did! I am sure he will lose in court and he may not have pants to cover himself from now on after court. He to me embarrassed the state of Alabama, because that kind of behavior is what we expect from other fans not ours. my Lord! RTR!
