Even with seemingly minor infractions, each and every time you must drag yourself in front of the NCAA and admit what you did and what you are going to do about it. Your school just keeps popping up, where teams not on the NCAA radar can afford to just let things go until they are sure they are dead to rights "busted" for some transgression. Ohio State is learning that now. OSU, or Bama for that matter, cannot afford to be seen sweeping something under the carpet. Even if it is borderline, they/we have to report it.

I made my post from his remark around the 1:30 mark. When I was a kid, Bill Dana cracked me up with his "Jose Jimenez" routine. He regularly performed it on the "Ed Sullivan Show".
