We need to meet up over there one day.  I had a burger yesterday though, so not today.  You should hit me up next week and I may can go long about next Wednesday.

I had a "Cheesburger In Paradise" at Margaritaville in PCB, this past weekend. It sucked.
Best burger I have ever had was at "Mugshot's" in Tuscaloosa. It had an egg on it. I really never thought that would taste good, but it was delicious.
We started making "Ranch Burgers" here at the house. My lovely bride mixes the Ranch Dressing Mix into the beef, makes into patties, and I toss them on the grill. They haz a fine, specially with bacon added while placing in the bun!!!

Might I add, the prices are outrageous too!! I really hated that JB became a "sell out." Going to M'ville just reiterated how bad he did sell out.

Hey X, there are several here in Mobile now: one on Old Shell near McGregor and another on Airport near University. There is also one in Tillman's Corner I think, near Government-Rangeline intersection. Good, good stuff. And the bacon they put on their burgers is actually crispy, not this soggy crap the other chains put on theirs.

I dined there 2 weeks ago yesterday on our family vacation (see my thread about the lost hat in the gulf of mexico).....My burger was great, but you are right on those prices. They are mighty proud of that food in there.

Hard to go wrong with any Mugshots burger!

I do something very similar usually.  Add in the boxed stuffing mix sometimes also.  Similar to bread crumbs in a meatloaf.
