Goooooooooooooood Afternoon CRS from the outskirts of Magnolia, AR.

I'm happy to see that everyone has been doing pretty well...I was sorry to read about your grand-dog 2.  I've been checking in to read the daily thread on my phone during our travels but this afternoon Mrs Leroy let me hijack her laptop for long enough to make a post,

Mrs Leroy and I have had a great time visiting with our children and grandchildren the last few days.  I've been feeling pretty well...last Tuesday I drove for 8 1/2 hours before turning it over to her for the last 2 hours.  I the last week I've gotten caught up on my neck hugging and baby kissing and eaten what feels like a ton of good food.

I've been checking the rainfall and river levels and it looks like we've had lots of rain and the river is predicted to rise to near flood stage but so far the rise is way less than predicted and I believe everything will be okay until we get home.

We'll be leaving for home around daylight tomorrow and if all goes well we should be back home to Camp Leroy before nightfall.

Goooood Mornin CRS... Coffee...looks like y'all have been busy!!!

I've been keeping busy the last few days and haven't been on here much...I'm sorry for worrying anybody but I've been doing fine... just busy with other things.  My bride and I will be leaving on a short vacation to visit children and grandchildren tomorrow and we will be back late on Monday or Tuesday.  I'll check in when I can (when Mrs Leroy lets me).

If you see somebody without a smile on their face today, let them borrow one of yours  Wink

  Goooooooood Mornin CRS  Coffee

What a difference a day makes!!!

They showed me a picture of my chest before the procedure and my right lung was compressed to about 1/3 the size of my left lung. During the thoracentesis they drew out 1.2 liters of fluid from around my right lung. The only problem I had during the procedure was when my lung expanded into the space to fill the area where the fluid had been and began to fill with blood again, my blood pressure dropped suddenly from 107/67 to 63/44 and I nearly lost consciousness.  But, they hooked me up with some oxygen and brought me back.  There was really no pain throughout the procedure except for when they gave me the two shots they used to deaden my back where they stuck the needle in.

Two nights ago I couldn't lay on my left side because of all the pain caused by the fluid surrounding my right lung pressing on my heart...it was an 8 or 9 on the pain scale...last night there was no pain at all in any position...0 on the pain scale...I slept all night last nigh without waking a single time and this morning I feel as good as I've felt in a very long time.

Thank you for the prayers my friends and thank you God  Pray

  Gooooood Mornin CRS...

I'm about ready to leave for Tallahassee to get some fluid drained from my lungs this morning...hopefully this will relieve some of the pain I've been feeling and help me to breathe a little easier.  There is a slight risk that I will suffer a collapsed lung and have to stay a day or two until it re-inflates but I'm counting on that not happening and being back home by lunch to eat some good leftover peas and okra.  Please remember me and Mrs Leroy in your morning prayers.

Y'all have a great day and Roll TIDE!!!

Goooood Mornin Chech, Jamos, CB and everybody out there in CRS Land...beautiful pink sunrise here this morning in SoWeGa...I think that means rain before the day is over...that will make 44 or 45 out of the last 50 days here...Sorry Chech...I wish I could send some of it to you.
Morning Leroy, that's a lot of rain. Does the Flint River stay a littlle dingy with all the rain or does it have that Florida black water look?
Jamos, for over a year we had daily record low flow conditions here then back in April we had a lot of rain and it has continued through the summer.  The river has stayed full and fairly muddy looking here at my house.  The water color ranges from chocolate milkshake when high to clear green when low...it's been reddish brown from the red Georgia clay runoff for the last couple of months.

That's pretty cool...that location is about 45 miles upstream from me.  The river is much narrower and turbulent up there.

This location is about 4 miles downstream from me and I check it daily...sorry, no camera there...

Now let's talk about #16. Would you and Mrs. L like to come to T-town and watch Bama play a game. I want you to think about this and let's see what we can do about it.

That is on my bucket list Jamos and I'll give it some thought  Cool
