Sounds like this guy was offered a guaranteed job down on the farm. Evidently he feels he can't win a starting job at Bama if he's considering The Barn over the Tide, you have to earn it at Bama. Then he says he's looking for an education, there's a good chance also that he was guaranteed a diploma as well.   Well geez, if you want a diploma from the barn, all you have to do is ride through campus with your window rolled down and they will throw one in your car. The "pay for play" actually has to be earned.  |

Yes I saw this on Bleacher Report but I know not many people hold with their topics so I didn't post. Now, on the good side, I don't know when he is going to commit, but I do believe when he signs that National Letter of Intent we will have him. Here goes CNS again. His expertise in FBI, (FootBall Intelligence.) RTR!
Agreed. The rumor was that Saban was recruiting this guy as a LB because of his size (6'3" 240 lbs. as a junior in HS). But Saban confirmed to him that they would recruit him as a RB. It is hard to tell from film how he would fare as a RB. in college and beyond. He is a man among boys in H.S. -- too big and powerful for them to bring down; noticeably bigger than the defensive players trying to tackle him. And he appears to have decent speed for his size, 40 time is listed at 4.58 secs. Definitely an elite athlete. Let's hope he picks Bama. Agreed...When I was watching his highlights I was thinking that CNS probably wasn't gonna be recruiting anybody from those defenses...I saw a lot of kids going out of their way not to make contact with him. Most of the ones who did make contact got run over and the only ones who did tackle him for the most part did it by accident when they got run over and tangled up in his running gear...LOL |

I'm not terribly surprised by the Who odds. Most pacles have us as an underdog in that game (exactly how I like it). Some of the others to me are a little surprising, especially a 24 point edge over State and 12 over Michigan (even though I think we could cover both or better).
Is Miss St supposed to be any good this year? I haven't read much about them. They've got AU and TN at home, a road game at KY, and what should be a bunch of walkovers before playing Bama. Wouldn't it be a hoot if they showed up in Tuscaloosa undefeated... |

Good mornin 2...how's the weather forecast looking over that way for today? GM, Leroy. Only a 20% chance of rain today and 0% Friday through Wednesday. Chech, Thanks for sharing the pictures...You've posted pictures of more sub-species of grouper and snapper that you've caught on this trip than I ever knew existed...I hope the good fishing luck continues for you. Thanks to everyone for the kind words and prayers. They really do mean a lot to me right now because waiting for results of a test is about as tough as the treatments I've been through. Brother Ricky, I know that if I have been healed it is by God's grace and mercy. Others may say that it was Chemotherapy and Radiation that cured me but I know that it was God's answer to my prayers and that He guided me to the right doctors to get the right treatments...I've had no doubt that it has been His hands working through them throughout this ordeal. Praise God...Keep the Faith...and Roll Tide Roll  |
