Dear God please don't let this 19 days 9 hours drag by at the speed of smell  Never been downwind from a paper mill have you?  Man! That paper mill in Cantonment is one stinking place... Tell me about it.  Father in-law retired from Scott Paper Mill down this way. Wife said that smell was the smell of money to them. Got them a nice house, put them through private schools, and put her and her brother through college, hers at UAB. I reckon it's making the best of a bad smell? |

Thanks for all the prayers my friends.
We have covered a lot of ground and miles the past 10 days. They got into a furnished rental house Friday morning until the house can be rebuilt, 3-4 months.
They have been donated numerous clothing items and gift cards to help jump start them. Heck, thanks to my work place donating, they are wearing better clothes than they had. However, it's the simple things, not having a hammer Friday night to hang curtains and having to use duct tape, HA. Son in-laws tools were salvageable but in a storage.
Overall, God is blessing them. Their house appreciated in value by almost 20k since the purchase 3 years ago so will be built back better than ever. There were irreplaceable items that hurts them, but the little signs God is giving them keeps them upbeat.
Thanks again my friends!

My daughter's family lost everything in a house fire early yesterday morning, lightening strike at 2:30 am. She, son in-law, and my three grandbabies escaped with their lives and pj's. Everything else is a total loss. Of course they have insurance, but these things take a toll.
Y'alls prayers would be welcome and greatly appreciated.

Here is some interesting info. Read link, amazing. According to his defense attorney, the reasons stolen gun and drug charges against Alabama left tackle Cam Robinson were dropped went far beyond the fact he sweats while you have air conditioning.
According to Michael Casagrande of AL.com, attorney Joe Guerriero said the felony cases against Robinson and teammate Laurence “Hootie” Jones were weak from the start. According to Guerriero, there were two other people in the car who weren’t booked, and police reports don’t mention any other people involved.
