2011-12 finish: Seventh of nine teams at the Conference USA Rowing Championships.

The previous year's: Did not compete at the C-USA Championships because of the tornadoes that ripped through Tuscaloosa.

Two-sentence season review: The Crimson Tide concluded its fall with an impressive effort at the Head of the Hooch Regatta, where it notched three top 10 finishes. The spring was highlighted by fifth- and sixth-place finishes at the San Diego Crew Classic, a Varsity 4+ win over Iowa and its seventh-place finish at the Conference USA Championships in Oak Ridge, Tenn.

I didn't even know we had a rowing team. Embarrassed
