Alabama worked out on a sunny afternoon in Tuscaloosa, with everyone going through the typical drills.

For the 15 minutes we were allowed to watch, I spent most of the time watching defensive line coach Chris Rumph work with his guys ...

**Alabama fans simply couldn't be happier about the overall health of this team with just a few days remaining until the season opener. Safety Jarrick Williams (torn ACL) and wide receiver Chris Black (shoulder) were the only camp casualties, and the three players who were nicked up after Scrimmage No. 2, RB Eddie Lacy, WR Amari Cooper and C Ryan Kelly, were all looking close to 100 percent at today's practice.
**Walk-on quarterback Edward Aldag took his turn working with the first-team offensive line, tight ends and running backs while AJ McCarron, Phillip Ely and Alec Morris were with the wide receivers. Blake Sims continued his role of Denard Robinson with the first-team defense....

Let's get this show on the road! I may be wrong, but it seems like the reports for this fall practice were even better than last year's, and that's saying something. I'm ready to see the product on the field.

From the reports I have seen on here, we are a football machine. Now we are tuning our carb and nuts, and bolts. I really hope we kickoff first. I think our defense will be just fine. RTR!
