Tyrann Mathieu may have been booted from the LSU football roster and won't be seeing a football field this fall. But according to his father, he's not leaving Baton Rouge just yet.

Tyrone Mathieu told ESPN that his son will re-enroll in classes at LSU starting Tuesday, paying his own way. Mathieu left school after being dismissed for reportedly failing a drug test, and as recently as mid-August was in a drug rehabilitation center in Houston run for former NBA star John Lucas...

Will he be eligible for the bowl game?

Watch and see he will be the comeback player of the year, and I think he may get back in this year .
The media and the nation love to forgive people and I think thats what LSU is banking on. I think this is all part of their plan to get him back this year.

Also LSU was not that impressive with mettsin in there. their O line didnt protect him well.

If Les lets TM back into the program, they will need some good fiction to keep the egg off Les' face.  (Or maybe Les doesn't care about egg...)

Meanwhile, I gotta think TM just being on campus and hanging with the players will be some kind of distraction. Some of those guys will think TM is a better player than his replacement and this could cause talk of "let him back," which could be at odds with what the coaches are saying.

But you guys are right:  If LSU struggles, and with TM already there, there will be pressure to let him come back.
