It says it is within the rules to take on-line courses if certain criteria is met. I wonder if his scholarship is paying him living expenses? How with this effect spring practice?

This is a loophole that needs to be closed.

My thoughts as well. If he's not on campus in the classroom, how can he participate in spring training and if he can participate in athletics, oh my. You're right, if this is a legit loophole, someone had better put a lid on it asap.

What is the likelihood that Johnny Football is actually the one taking these classes?

 Huh?

Easy way to make sure he stays academically eligible.

It likely gets pretty tough to keep up in the classroom when you're getting hammered all the time with celebrities!

I personally hope he just gets hammered by our defense this fall. The more I watched this kid during the year, and now after the season, the more things I see that just don't sit well. Coming off his freshman year, all this attention he is garnering (and self-promotion, I suspect) just bothers me. I don't know, I guess I am just getting old and this whippersnappers are getting on my nerves.
