He's probably driven that route thousands of times and knows the light's timing.  That, or a major distraction.

Back in 2007, when Baton Rouge was part of my marketing territory, my boss and I went to "Walk Ons" Restaurant. In the very first booth sat Lester and some pretty co-ed. He was very distracted then, as well.  Cheesy

Turns out that's where he does his weekly review show.
