A College Football Rule Question

Is there a rule in college football that states that if a player gets a personal foul type (15 yards) penalty on successive plays he is then ejected from the game?

This was brought up at the game Saturday night and I had no idea.

Not successive plays.  My understanding is a player is ejected if he gets 2 during the same game.

I thought this only applied to unsportsmanlike conduct penalties.

The reason for the question is that #6 for LSU got the 15 yard penalty for what everyone thought was the targeting hit that the refs didn't call but on the next play he was penalized again for 15 yards and I can't remember what the penalty call was. The folks around me were shouting that he should be ejected because of the second penalty.

Language has been added to this rule to include an “unsporting foul.” In other words, let's say the first penalty is for roughing the passer but the second foul is for throwing the ball into the stands after a touchdown. That's an “unsporting foul” and gets you thrown out of the game. Remember, it's two in one game."

Then is a face mask foul considered unsporting

It is a separate category within the broader category or personal foul, I think.
