I have one name on my address book that keeps going into my delete folder when recieved. I don't know why but I would like to fix it, any help for that anybody, please? Thanks. RTR!

Are you using Microsoft Outlook?  If so, right click on the e-mail from this person and there should be an option under junk mail that says something like "never block this sender".  Click on that and their e-mail should always go through to the inbox.
