Alabama Women's Basketball continues to show improvement. They beat Missouri in Columbia 59-56 today. The win gives them a 4-6 SEC record. That is the most SEC wins for the program in several years. The game just ended so i do not have a link.

Coach Curry is making a difference and getting the job done IMO. At this point it looks like AD Bill Battle made a good hire.

The women's basketball team came away with a 59-56 victory over Missouri on Sunday at Mizzou Arena. With the win, the Crimson Tide moves to 11-12 on the season and 4-6 in the Southeastern Conference, while the loss drops the Tigers to 14-10 overall and 3-8 against league opponents.

The 4-6 record in conference for the Tide is its best mark through the first 10 league games since the 2004-05 season when it also had four wins.

Honestly, I expect the Tide women to be in the NCAA Tourney in 2, maybe 3 years. Good coaching will do that.
