Martin is an excellent coach but very passionate and in-your-face.

This does not surprise me. If you have watched him coach you could see this coming. He is a good coach but I would not want him representing my school. He gets so mad and upset it looks like his head could explode. He gets on the players too hard IMO. That is OK in practice but it is over the line to do it in games. I would not want to play for him.
