Saints Won't Pick Up Option on Mark Ingram

The New Orleans Saints do not intend to exercise a 2015 team option on running back Mark Ingram's contract, a source confirmed to ESPN.

Yep, a lucky break for Ingram and it's too bad he has to stay there this year.

I like the Saints but they are a passing team that runs on obvious running plays. It is hard for any RB to put up good numbers in that offense. I hope HTWMI has a good year and moves to a team that will use him.

Agreed. I like the Saints as well, but HTWMI was under-utilized. Too many running backs at NO made for no one getting much yardage or TDs. My best to Mark.
