But if you leave early or screw up, I won't". Which aCLK probably rightly took to mean, "I'll do what I can so that to see that you never coach above the high school level for the rest of your career".

I don't know.  Saban isn't one to make threats.  He doesn't have to.

It's looking like he'll return for 2015.

I don't know the odds, but I'd guess 70%.  More like 5% if he keeps cracking jokes about Coach Saban's height!  

Pay raise?  Prolly to $1M.

I heard someone on the radio say he guaranteed Saban at least two years.

I heard that he would stay until we won 2 more NC's.  It could mean the same thing.
