While motivational signs reading "Never Again" hang on the locker room walls at Bryant-Denny Stadium in reference to Alabama's 28-27 loss to Auburn last year, they aren't needed.
How could they not be? They just can't be.
All the motivation needed to win in 2011 comes with a walk down the street in the shadows of the stadium.

Entire city blocks gone ripped apart.
Houses demolished.
Makeshift memorial markers still stand.
Piles of debris and rubble everywhere.
