Tigers are far too talented -- even with their brutal schedule -- to fall as far as 6-6 or 5-7 as some are projecting. With the talent built up from recent recruiting classes and the offensive genius of Gus Malzahn, Tiger fans should expect anywhere from 8-10 wins this season.

Home dates against Mississippi State and Florida, and trips to Clemson and Georgia won't be easy wins, but Auburn should be good enough to come away victorious in each of those games.

Iron Bowl against Alabama, and as the past two years have proved, anything can happen in that matchup. Either team could walk off the field with a win on Nov. 26.

The Las Vegas Hilton recently set the over-under for number of Auburn wins this season at six. Anyone looking for a sure thing should take the over on that wager.

Over-under at 6 wins. Those guys in Vegas are never 100% correct but they are not fools. 7-5 will be a good year for the barn. They could lose a couple of games early (Miss St & Clemson) and fall apart.

I love the way the writer gives ZERO info on how Auburn will achieve this miracle. He negelcts the return of only 8 starters, and the loss of all the major players on defense, the O-line losses, gaping QB hole, and so on. I think Auburn won 7 games by 7 points or less with the players from last year, but with almost all those guys gone, they will still win 9 or 10 games? This guy is delusional.

My personal favorite is "the genius of Gus Malzahn." Bwa hahahahahaha!!!! When you have a guy like (S)Cam as your QB, you don't have to be a genius. He will have to be this year.

This is a good point.  This year we will find out if ol' Gus is a genius who can build an offense out of a bunch of duck tape and other junk piled in a box, all MacGyver like.  Or if he is just a flash in the pan who got lucky with Cam, like all the other spread geniuses who have gone before him.
