I liked house #1 and house # 2 in Point Clear Alabama on Mobile Bay in Baldwin County. If I was Julio I would buy one. Put mama and family in it.

The waterfront home of David J. Cooper Sr. was built on more than 2½ acres on the prestigious boardwalk on Mobile Bay, which has some of the highest property values in south Alabama, according to Realtors.

That's right.  I thought about it when I saw this one.  I remember seeing a picture of it with, I think a helicopter there too.  I wonder what happened to it?  Did he get to keep it?
