BC offense is atrocious and gave FSU 7 points. FSU is not that good this year but BC offense is a joke.

Well the BC freshman QB is a Flutie, so they're talking about the Hail Mary.  

Fitting that they're talking about a Hail Mary with BC, which is a Catholic school.  The term apparently had it's origins with Notre Dame Football, where the players would say a Hail Mary Prayer before a desperation play.  Roger Staubach, who is Catholic, popularized the term after a pass against the Vikings in an NFL playoff game, saying he closed his eyes and said a Hail Mary before letting the pass go.

Doug Flutie's famous Hail Mary pass to win against Miami is the most famous college example.

It seems funny to me that the term has become widespread, and now BYU is the 2015 champion of the Hail Mary pass.  It almost seems like a different term should be used, but I wouldn't know what it would be.   Huh?

BC offense did nothing but give up 7 points.

I'm not impressed with FSU's offense. E. Golson is about the same QB he was against Bama, and last year at ND. 

Maybe it was a moral victory for the BC defense.
