Like I said in another thread, A&M is an insane asylum.
According to Chip Brown of Longhorn Illustrated (I just figured out where this rumor started), Texas A&M Chancellor John Sharp is looking into terminating Kevin Sumlin's contract after an 8-4 season and 2 quarterback defections. This would be the ultimate in petulant, new-money moves by Sharp, but it wouldn't surprise me in the least. Texas A&M is confused about why they haven't been able to buy an SEC West championship after 4 entire seasons (that's a long time, right?) in the SEC.
