Legendary broadcaster Keith Jackson dies at age 89

The Teague strip has to be the most memorable play in Alabama football history that "didn't happen."  Looks like a 5 yard offsides penalty in the record book.

Don't forget Tommy Lewis and the tackle that didn't happen.

He died three years ago at the age of 83.  Maybe I should change my name to Really Old Tider.

I couldn't remember it word for word, so I had to look it up, but this was one of the funniest ones I could remember:

"George 'Kingfish' Stevens: On our honeymoon, Sapphire and I had our first argument. She laid me out cold with a vase.

Andrew 'Andy' Hogg Brown: Knocked you out on your honeymoon?
 
George 'Kingfish' Stevens: I was unconscious three days. Andy, I hate to say this, but them were the three happiest days of my married life."
