LSU coach Les Miles would not confirm Wednesday night that any of his players have been suspended for Saturday's game against Auburn.
He did not deny it, either.
Miles would not be pinned down by the media after practice following a day in which various media outlets said running back Spencer Ware, defensive back Tyrann Mathieu and cornerback Therold Simon had been suspended.
"It's not information I'm going to respond to," Miles said. "I think this is the right way to go.
"I expect my team to take the field ably manned."
Miles was asked if a failed drug test was an issue.
"I think you're way left of center," Miles said.

no fire" to "Smoking-weed denials". Stay tuned for the main event.
