Should they be able to play while displaying the Fighting Sioux logo and nickname? Or should they have to remove all images of it in compliance with NCAA mandates?  Thoughts?

They could just change the nickname to "The Fighting Custers". Kinda has a ring to it.

Are the Sioux indians offended? I know the Seminole tribe fought to help Florida State keep their name and mascot. They think it honors their tribe.

Apparently not. Just another incident showing how sickeningly PC our country is trying to be.
